Your Personal Information

The information you provide to Crystal Oracle is treated with care and respect. This information will be used so that we can fulfil our obligations to you, keep you informed about the Crystal Oracle web site and validate your credit or debit card information when you make purchases on our website. Your personal information will be passed to our suppliers and their carriers so that your order can be processed. You have the right to see the information we have registered about you on request and, if the information is incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to request that the information is updated or deleted. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree to allow us to pass your information to our suppliers and carriers.

Terms of Delivery

Merchandise is shipped to the delivery address that you specify in our Cashier section. Delivery time is usually less than 10 days unless the merchandise is comprised of perishable products in which case the delivery time will be appropriate to the type of product ordered. If a preferred delivery date is specified in our Cashier section, we will endeavour to deliver on the date specified but cannot guarantee it. Carriage charges will be added to all orders except where merchandise is marked as being priced "carriage inclusive".

Terms of Payment

Payment for purchases from the Crystal Oracle shopping area are always made in GB pounds (sterling) and may be made by Visa, Mastercard (Access), Switch, Eurocard or Visa Delta. Your credit/debit card details are submitted via a secure server administered by Secure Trading. If you do not wish to submit your credit/debit card details over the Internet, you can telephone or fax your details to us. Your preferred payment method is selected in our Cashier section where full information about how to pay will be given. Goods will not be despatched until your payment has been cleared.

Returns Policy

You may return any product without reason, except perishable items including flowers, plants, foodstuffs and beverages, within 14 days from the delivery date providing the product is unused and is returned in its original undamaged packing. You are responsible for covering the return carriage and packing costs. When we receive the returned product in good order we will refund the full purchase price. The refund will be made by the same method of payment that was used for the purchase.

Delivery Damages

Our suppliers are responsible for damages that may occur during transport and delivery. Damage must be reported to the supplier within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The suppliers details will be provided with the goods.

Guarantees

Whilst no guarantees are made with regard to personal readings or dream interpretations, all products supplied by Crystal Oracle suppliers have a guarantee period. The guarantee details will be provided with the goods. Should your product develop a defect during the guarantee period, contact the supplier who will advise you of the procedure to effect a repair or replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected.
